SNUV REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a No Return Policy, which means the products we sell are non-returnable.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order *before it is shipped, we can refund the order amount. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we will **not* be able to process a refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the *European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within **14 days*, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—*unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the **receipt or proof of purchase*.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within *10 business days*. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
